Returns & Exchanges policy

As a small independent brand, each item we create is crafted with care, purpose, and a commitment to sustainability. Unlike large companies, we do not mass-produce or keep excess stock. Every piece is made to order, allowing us to operate thoughtfully and responsibly but this also means we’re unable to cover the costs associated with refunds.

Materials are sourced and commissioned shortly after an order is placed, and for this reason, orders are considered final once confirmed and cannot be changed or modified.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds unless the Kafi you received is defected in some way. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@kafifolk.com within 24 hours with your email and order ID number and images of the defect you noticed.

If a return is granted, a return authorization and shipping instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it will not be processed. 

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. All items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging.

Returns must be shipped with trackable service and at the customer's expense. Please notify us once you ship.

Kafi Folk reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
